How long do we keep your personal data?

After collecting your personal data, NORPARK will store and maintain it for the time strictly necessary to ensure and improve the provision of the services underlying the pre-existing commercial/contractual relationship between NORPARK and the Customer.

The data will be deleted as soon as the commercial/contractual relationship with the Client is definitively terminated, at the Client’s express and legitimate request, or if otherwise required by law.

As holders of personal data, Customers are guaranteed, at any time, the right to access, rectify, update, limit and delete their personal data, as well as the right to object to its use for commercial purposes by NORPARK and to withdraw consent, without this compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out under that consent, as well as the right to data portability.
