Article 1

The operator of Norpark – Parque Aquático da Nazaré, hereinafter referred to as Parque Aquático, is Confortarrojado Lda, and the purpose of these Regulations is to establish the rights and obligations of users of the Park in relation to its use.

Article 2

As the operator of the Water Park, Confortarrojado is solely responsible for its management and operation, which it will carry out through a manager and a director:

1. Looking after the maintenance of the Aquatic Park grounds;
2. Recruiting and managing the staff needed for the service;
3. Comply with the Regulations and legislation in force for the activity.

Article 3

The Aquatic Park has a complaints book, which will be made available whenever anyone requests it, and users of the Aquatic Park may use it in strict compliance with these regulations.

Article 4

Conditions of use:

1. Users will be admitted to the water park on payment of a ticket, the price of which is given in the price list.
2. All services provided inside the Aquatic Park, namely at the Bar, Esplanades, will be paid for and their prices are set out in tables displayed in a visible place.
3. The jacuzzi can only be used by children aged 12 and over.

Article 5

Bearing in mind the imperative need to maintain high levels of safety, when using the slides, users must scrupulously respect the rules of use displayed on boards in various parts of the Aquatic Park and near the exit platforms, as well as the recommendations of the guards.

Users must comply with all the park’s instructions: signs, how to use the water equipment. If you do not comply, the management may prevent you from using them and you may be asked to leave the park.

Article 6

1. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the water park unless they are accompanied by a person of legal age who is responsible for their supervision and behavior.
2. Access is forbidden to people who, due to their condition, may disturb public order or tranquillity.
3. Access is forbidden to people carrying glass objects, weapons or objects that can be used as such.
4. Animals are not allowed on the premises.
5. It is forbidden to eat, drink or smoke in the water activity areas.
6. Access to the venue with parasols is prohibited.
7. Running, pushing and diving are prohibited.
8. It is forbidden to enter the pools without first going through the footbaths.
9. It is forbidden to wear shoes or clothing inside the swimming pools.

Article 7

These are regulatory positions for slipping:

1. When launching and during the course, the correct position is as follows: feet first, seated, and with your hands always on the inside of the slides;
2. It is not allowed to make “little horses” or “trains”;
3. You may not wear jewelry, rings, wires, glasses or any other objects that could cause damage to the sliding surfaces or to other users;
4. Clothes with pythons or metal buttons are not allowed;
5. No running or pushing is allowed;
6. It is forbidden to dive into the pools outside the slides;
7. It is forbidden to throw from a standing position or in a manner other than that indicated for each piece of equipment, as shown on the sign posted next to the exit platform;
8. It is forbidden to stop at any point in the lanes or to form chains or unions with other users;
9. It is forbidden to use the runways from any intermediate point other than the launch pad;
10. It is forbidden to remain in the reception tanks after falling into them;
11. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed on the slides.

Article 8

Recommendations for the correct use of slides:

1. Never put your hands outside the slides;
2. Do not use the slides under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
3. Do not use the slides if you are pregnant or suffer from physical, mental or cardiac disabilities;
4. Leave the finish area quickly.

Article 9

1. In the event of misconduct, users will not be allowed to use the slides, will not be admitted and will not be refunded the ticket price paid.
2. In the event of a change in weather conditions or other unforeseeable situations, the amount paid will not be refunded.
3. There are no discounts of any kind in August, with the exception of those established in the various protocols with hotels and others.

Article 10

In the event of defecation in any of the water tanks, this will be prohibited for at least 1h20 m to disinfect/treat the water.

There will be no monetary compensation for this.
